Quick help

  • Update the app to the latest version from the store.
  • Restart your device, then relaunch the app.
  • Free up storage (low space can cause crashes).
  • Check internet (Wi-Fi or cellular) if content isn’t loading.

Choose your app

Dinner Drop (Android • iOS)

Minimum requirements

  • Android: Android 8.0 (API 26) or newer • 2 GB RAM+ • OpenGL ES 3.0 • Stable internet for ads/updates
  • iOS: iOS 13.0+ • iPhone 8 / iPad (A9+) or newer • Stable internet for ads/updates

Install / Update

  1. Open your device’s app store and search “Dinner Drop”.
  2. Tap Update (or Install) and relaunch when finished.

Crashes, freeze, or black screen

  • Force stop (Android): Settings → Apps → Dinner Drop → Force stop, then reopen.
  • Clear cache (Android): Settings → Apps → Dinner Drop → Storage & cache → Clear cache.
  • Reinstall: Uninstall → Reboot → Install again from the store.

Ads, progress, or controls

  • Describe the issue and steps to reproduce (level, what you tapped, expected vs. actual).
  • Include screenshots or a short screen recording if possible.

Dizzy Digger (Android • iOS)

Minimum requirements

  • Android: Android 8.0 (API 26) or newer • 2 GB RAM+ • OpenGL ES 3.0 • Stable internet for ads/updates

Install / Update

  1. Open Google Play / App Store and search “Dizzy Digger”.
  2. Tap Update (or Install) and relaunch when finished.

Refunds & purchases

If you made a purchase and something went wrong, contact us with the store, date, and the email/account used. Some purchases are handled directly by the store (e.g., Google Play / App Store) and follow their refund policies.
