This Privacy Policy explains how Psyche Harbor LLC (“Psyche Harbor”, “we”) collects, uses, shares, and safeguards information about users of the Dinner Drop mobile app, related websites, and services (the “Services”).
  2. Information We Process
We may process:
• Identifiers: device IDs, advertising IDs, IP address, user IDs.
• Commercial data: in-app purchases, subscriptions.
• Device/technical data: device model, OS version, app version, language, time zone, connection type.
• Usage data: gameplay events, feature usage, session timestamps, ad interactions.
• Diagnostics: crash logs, performance metrics.
• Approximate location: derived from IP (country/state; city where permitted).
• Media/support: attachments you send to support; camera and file access only with your consent.
• Contact data: name, email or other details you provide in forms or messages.
• Reviews & communications: feedback, store reviews, and messages.
• User-generated/community content: posts or media you share with us via social platforms or email, processed with your consent.
• Cookies/SDKs: mobile SDKs, pixels, and similar technologies used for personalization, analytics, fraud prevention, and service functionality.

Data comes from you, your use of the Services (automatic collection), our service providers and partners, and third-party platforms you connect or interact with.
  4. How We Use Data
We use data to: (a) provide and operate the Services; (b) sync progress via third parties (e.g., platform accounts) with your permission; (c) maintain safety, security, and integrity; (d) fix bugs and improve performance; (e) communicate with you; (f) personalize in-game experiences; (g) conduct analytics and develop new features; (h) show contextual or personalized ads where permitted; (i) comply with law and enforce terms.

We and advertising partners may use identifiers, device data, and SDK signals to deliver personalized ads. Where required, we seek consent via an in-app consent management interface. You can withdraw consent or opt out from targeted advertising at any time via in-app Privacy Preferences or your device privacy settings. When you opt out, you may still see non-personalized (contextual) ads.

We use first-party analytics based on legitimate interests and, where required, third-party analytics based on your consent. You may adjust analytics preferences in Privacy Preferences.

We share: (a) with service providers (hosting, analytics, customer support, payment processing, anti-fraud); (b) with ad networks for ad delivery/personalization where permitted; (c) for corporate transactions; (d) to comply with law or protect rights; (e) with your consent or at your direction; and (f) through social features you enable.

The Services are for users 16+ (or older where required). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided data, contact us to request deletion and restriction.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational safeguards. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; risks remain.
  15. Do Not Track
Our Services are not configured to respond to browser DNT signals.

Your use of social sharing features is subject to the third parties ’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices.
  17. Contact & Requests
The preferred channel to exercise rights or make privacy requests is the in-app Privacy Preferences or support feature. You may also email privacy@psycheharbor.com. We may ask you to verify your identity and may direct you to in-app tools where appropriate.
  18. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be notified in-app or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes indicates acceptance.
